Delivery Information

We have a standard delivery charge of RM 25 for third-party delivery via Lalamove and Grab Delivery (by car) within a 20km radius from our store. Additional charges will apply for locations beyond this distance. You may also choose to pick up your order at our store@Jalan Sin Chew Kee, KL.

 

Normal Delivery Times (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00)

  • Office Deliveries: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • High School Deliveries: Before 2:00 PM 
  • Residential, Hotel, or Hospital Deliveries: Before 6:00 PM 

 

Specific Times: While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please feel free to specify your preferred time frame in the “order notes” when placing your order.


1.Delivery Time Notice for Peak Periods

During peak periods such as Chinese New Year (CNY) Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and etc, we are unable to accommodate requests for preferred delivery time slots. All deliveries will be made between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. This approach helps us maintain operational efficiency and ensures fairness for all our customers.

2. Same Day Order

For same-day orders, we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery time slots. This policy ensures fairness to all our customers and maintains operational efficiency. All deliveries will be completed between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Please note that full payment is required immediately for same-day orders. Failure to       complete payment may result in your order not being processed in time, and we cannot be held liable for any delays or compensations to you or any third party.

For urgent orders, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that minor charges may apply for urgent requests, depending on the circumstances.

3. Advance Order

We deliver our products from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. During peak periods, our delivery service may extend to between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Customers will be promptly informed of any delays that may arise.

To avoid any issues or delays with your delivery, please ensure that you provide complete address details, including an accurate postal code and contact number for the intended recipient. Additionally, include your contact number or email address so we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems.

Please note that it is your full responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the provided address to receive the product on the intended delivery date.

If the recipient may not be home to receive the product, we recommend having it delivered to their workplace instead.

Our delivery service is available for physical addresses within Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor. At this time, we do not deliver to other states to ensure our products arrive in optimal condition.

Please note that we are unable to deliver any products addressed to a PO Box under our standard delivery procedure.

Our delivery personnel will deliver the product to the address provided in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address, or if the recipient refuses or fails to return the product.

If the recipient does not make contact with us or the delivery person in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address. Please note that there will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Re-Delivery Policy: If a re-delivery is necessary on the next working day, we will, at our discretion, replace all perishable items such as flowers, fruits, cakes, and more. Please note that these replacements will incur additional charges. Cancellations are not permitted once a delivery attempt has been made.

Please note that we do not guarantee on-time delivery and shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to natural phenomena, including severe weather conditions and disasters such as heavy rain, storms, or floods.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can’t, we won’t risk disappointing you.

 

4. Special Instructions Notice

While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee time-specific deliveries in order to ensure fairness to all customers and maintain operational efficiency.

We kindly ask that you refrain from including unusual requests, such as preferring a specific gender for the delivery person or asking for a birthday song to be sung upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill such requests.
